Getting started with EFT:
In the beginning, working with a practitioner can help you learn the techniques, empowering you to use them independently when faced with emotional or physical triggers. Our sessions are highly personalized, focusing on specific issues you are experiencing right now.
Sessions With Kate:
Sessions lasts approximately 60 minutes, providing ample time to review the current challenges and conduct 2 or 3 rounds of tapping. These are virtual sessions, which can be recorded for you to use whenever you need support.
